Maximum stability:
Due to the diverse mechanical properties of polyethylene, such as high surface hardness, very good resistance to stress cracking and a low coefficient of friction, the material is used in highly stressed areas of application and is characterized by extreme abrasion resistance. This is precisely why products subject to high demands, such as gear wheels or sliding elements, are often made from this material, but components where high abrasion resistance is essential.
Maximum reliability:
The robustness of the UHMWPE tubing ensures extreme product durability, as the Master-Tube PE Ultra (UHMWPE) has great resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis and solvents, among other things, which makes it highly durable for use in the medical technology, feeding technology, chemical, painting technology and automotive sectors. The properties of this product are therefore extremely reliable.
In addition, our new "infinite process" is unique in the industry. Before the endless production of the tubings, the product was manufactured using the Ramextrusion process. This is a discontinuous process in which the so-called screw is filled with material, as in injection molding, and the mass is then rammed forward and ejected through a tool. This continuous process is interesting for all applications that require tubes over several meters in length.
Maximum gliding ability:
Novoplast Schlauchtechnik has developed this tube with the aim of bringing a product to the market that ensures greater efficiency and better patient outcomes. Due to the diverse mechanical properties of the polyethylene material, such as a high surface hardness, a low coefficient of sliding friction or a higher lightness due to a lower density, the Master-Tube PE Ultra has very good gliding properties. Developed for you with the right expertise: Until now, such components were milled from semi-finished products (sintered round or rectangular profiles; sheets/panels). Together with the granulate manufacturer, Novoplast Schlauchtechnik has developed a process for thermoplastic processing in cooperation with the raw material manufacturer, which is now protected by a patent. Now, not only mechanical components can be produced, but also tubes as continuous products. This means that the mechanical properties can also be made available for the world of tubings. The next step is therefore to transfer this production technology to the field of medical technology.
