Based on individual requirements, we develop customized solutions, take mechanical, chemical and regulatory specifications into account and select the appropriate plastics.

Braided Tubes
By integrating a metal or plastic-based braid into the tube wall, the mechanical properties can be significantly improved. For example, high torsional stiffness or small bending radii can be achieved with thin wall thicknesses. The classic area of application for such tubes is flexible endoscopy.
Laser marking
With laser marking technology, we support you in meeting the high requirements for the clear identification and traceability of medical products. We offer a safe, clean and sustainable solution for marking injection-molded and extruded tubes, connectors and products. Almost all plastic components can be permanently marked with our laser marking.
Component assembly
Thanks to the close cooperation between our teams of experts across all locations, we have experience and expertise in the areas of material selection, tool technology and manufacturing processes. This enables us to manufacture many of our plastic articles into assemblies according to customer requirements. We offer injection molding and extrusion expertise under one roof. Our sister company Fleima-Plastic has its own mold and toolmaking facilities and can therefore produce injection-molded parts from polymer materials quickly and efficiently. These meet the highest standards in terms of quality, functionality and reliability. Assembly services can be carried out in class 7 clean rooms if required.
Downstream processes
Depending on the technology used, tube extrusion or injection molding, we offer you a wide range of downstream processes. We consider all interfaces and advise you on possible manufacturing and joining processes, take into account all mechanical, chemical and regulatory requirements and derive solution formulations. Our tailor-made solutions and the following downstream processes for medical technology ensure that your products are a perfect fit for your applications and offer maximum efficiency.
