Our extensive material portfolio provides the ideal basis for the development of highly specialized tubes in medical technology, industry and life science applications. The diagram shows a variety of thermoplastic materials that cover both standard and high-performance requirements.
The high-quality polyamides include PA 11, PA 12, PA 6.12 and PA6/PA 66, which offer outstanding mechanical properties, chemical resistance and flexibility. HD-PE, LD-PE and PP-H/C are available for extremely resilient, durable applications, while PEBA and EVA impress with their high elasticity and dimensional stability.
Special materials such as TPU, TPE-S/V/O, PVDF, PVC NoDEHP, TEEE, POM and COC enable tailor-made solutions with optimized sliding properties, biocompatibility, compressive strength or chemical resistance. This allows functions such as flexibility, abrasion resistance or X-ray contrast properties to be realized in a targeted manner.
