Our standard range only shows part of what Novoplast Schlauchtechnik can do.
In addition to a large number of standardized hose types, we develop and manufacture individual special hoses - right up to completely new, jointly developed solution concepts. Our engineering expertise guarantees a precise selection of the ideal plastic material. We analyze your requirements in detail and select the best-performing polymer from the plastics available on the market.
We customize almost every hose: material, diameter, vacuum and pressure resistance, wall thickness, length, color or imprint - we adapt all these properties precisely to your technical requirements.
What's more, Novoplast Schlauchtechnik combines its hoses with high-quality, sometimes innovative connectors to create complete hose systems as connection solutions. Depending on your requirements, we assemble the hoses with the right connections for your application scenario.
An overview of the possibilities for individual customization
We process technically sophisticated plastics into innovative products. We can draw on many years of experience in the field of polymers and materials and their processing. By processing modern materials, we realize solutions that can only be realized inadequately, with great effort or not at all with conventional materials.
We offer both standard dimensions and special dimensions from ID 0.1 to OD 40 mm and tailor each design to the individual requirements of our customers. The agreed manufacturing tolerances are precisely adhered to, while we monitor and fully document these inline to ensure consistently high quality.
Depending on the fire protection requirements, the use of flame-retardant materials may be necessary. There is a whole range of regulations and standards relating to fire protection and fire behavior. These materials are classified according to UL94.

Customized hose geometries and designs
Novoplast Schlauchtechnik not only offers classic hose designs, but also develops a wide range of customized hose geometries and functional profiles. Thanks to modern extrusion and combination processes, we can individually adapt material properties, wall structures and cross-sections and thus realize hoses that are optimally adapted to special industrial or medical technology applications. Whether special media routing, integrated functions, specific layering or complex internal geometries - we develop solutions that precisely match your requirements profile.
Molded hoses - custom-fit solutions for demanding installation and cable routing requirements
Molded hoses are always ideal when tight bending radii need to be achieved or the limited installation space in systems and devices does not allow flexible hose routing. The precisely specified shape ensures safe, reproducible cable routing with high process stability.
We produce both small and large series of two- and three-dimensionally shaped hoses. All we need is information on the desired material or application conditions, a sketch or technical drawing of the shape and the relevant hose dimensions.

Pneumatic and media-conducting tubes - Precise assemblies as ready-made tubing sets

As part of an automotive project with an automotive supplier for vehicle interiors, the Masterflex Group has once again demonstrated its expertise in individual system solutions. The requirement: a ready-to-install pneumatic hose solution as an assembly set for seat systems. The result: a noticeable increase in efficiency during assembly and significant time savings.
This Masterflex Group pneumatic hose solution was precisely tailored to the application - including integrated connectors, markings and protective components. The project shows how engineering services can optimize industrial processes in a targeted manner.

The world's first cradle-to-cradle compliant spiral hose!
We present a cradle-to-cradle compliant hose prototype made of biodegradable polymer. Further development steps include the selection of environmentally friendly adhesives, additives and wire solutions. The current prototypes will now be made ready for series production and will gradually expand and transform the product range.
