Start of training at Masterflex Group

Seven new apprentices start their careers at Masterflex Group today. "We are looking forward to seeing the young people again this year," says Christina Neubauer, Human Resources Manager at the Masterflex Group. "At the same time, the training of young specialists is an important investment in our future and in that of the Gelsenkirchen site.
The Masterflex Group offers young talents sound training and supports them as they enter professional life. The specialist for technical hoses and connection systems has been training junior staff in commercial and technical professions for many years.
In the following two to three years, the young professionals are trained as industrial clerks, warehouse clerks, machine and plant operators and process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology.
Since each of the Masterflex Group's subsidiaries based in Germany serves its own specialist area within the Group-wide product portfolio, the training courses vary.
The first opportunity to get to know the other locations and the (training) colleagues is given to the career starters at the annual trainee day in September.
