Accuracy – Down to Details
We ensure extraordinary precision and reliability of our products - all for diameters from 0.6 mm to 20.0 mm. According to the product requirements we manufacture tubing from various high-quality materials. Among our product range we can offer Polyurethane, Polyamide, Polyethylene, soft PVC and Pebax next to further polymers.

Tubing Design – All Good Things Come in Small Packages
Novoplast offers a wide range of different monolumen tubing such as tubing for infusion, transfusion, dialysis, monitoring, angiography and many other applications.

Multilumen tubing is often used for catheters. The lumen number and geometry is variable and many independent processes can take place in one tube. To make sure that each single lumen stays separated from others, even under high pressure, we control the wall thickness with thorough precision.

Multilayer tubes consist of two or more layers. Generally, they have only one lumen but are made of several layers of different materials. That way it is possible to combine e.g. a chemical resistant inner layer with a flexible outer layer.
Also coatings on the outer surface have proven to be highly useful. The whole range of tubing can be manufactured to be fully radiopaque or with embedded x-ray contrast stripes.

Also special customer requests such as supply in fixed lengths, coils with special lengths and individual printing can be produced.
